Freedom
The freedom to choose where to live and when to leave.

The freedom to make decisions for me and my family without asking for autorizzazione from a judge or a guardian that are forced on me only because we (my husband and I) have decided to save one little boy’s life.

The freedom to get out of Italy and not being a “hostage” of the leagle system here. I have never infractured the law, I am not a criminal, nor is my husband, but still we cannot take the children to a vacation outside of Italy borders. So we have no freedom.

Nor we have the freedom to make so many other decisions for our family as we see it 3 years after my brother’s death.

Will we ever have our freedom? This so basic civil rights?
Well, I guess it depends on how fast the leagle system here will work ( I have mentioned that 3 years gave passed? And that we are normative, non delinquent people, haven’t I?).

Or it depends on us. How long could we put up with this situation and the damages it causes to all 5 of us, adults and 3 kids.

It’s only a matter of time….
